As a Senior Account Executive at 1E, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building and maintaining partnerships, and expanding our reach into key markets. You’ll engage directly with C-level decision-makers leading companies with 15,000+ employees. From identifying new business opportunities to managing the full sales process and developing your territory, your contributions will significantly shape 1E's success.
How you'll achieve success in this position:
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience: 5+ years of selling high-value, complex enterprise software solutions into various verticals such as Insurance, Retail Banking, and Finance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of $1.5M+ with an average deal size of $250k+.
- Approach: Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Sales Success: Demonstrated success in individual contributor roles, with a strong focus on winning new business and expanding within existing accounts.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a territory plan and execute it effectively.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging in senior-level meetings and delivering presentations in virtual selling environments.
- Self-Motivation: Ambitious, with high energy and a drive for success.
- Consultative Selling: Skilled in using a consultative, value-based approach to grow customer relationships.
